We have received notification from St Michael's that they have no water. It is said to be a complex repair and unlikely to be up and running by this evening, so the school has cancelled our session.

As we have county this weekend, please take the opportunity to do 30 30-minute ball and a wall program to keep sharp, (shooters shoot 200 shots), every one a 30-minute cardio session.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and will let you know when this session will be rescheduled.

I'll see you on Sunday. Please be mindful and respectful of the agreed-upon meeting times for team talk and warm-up.
